He held significant positions, including Deputy Director General of Ordnance Services (TF & BC), and officiated as Deputy Commandant at the Military College of Materials Management in 2016. Post-retirement, he contributed to defense forums and legal proceedings, demonstrating his continued commitment to national security and veterans' welfare. He is a founder trustee in HAFCT.
Brig. R. A. Mandhar (Retd. Throughout his service, he held several key leadership and strategic appointments that significantly contributed to operational readiness and institutional efficiency within the armed forces. Among his notable roles, Brig. Mandhar served as Deputy Director General of Ordnance Services (TF & BC), where he was responsible for overseeing critical technical functions and business coordination. In 2016, he was entrusted with the responsibility of Officiating Deputy Commandant at the Military College of Materials Management (MCMM), a premier training institution of the Indian Army, where he played an important role in mentoring officers and strengthening professional military education. Following his retirement, Brig. Mandhar has remained actively engaged in matters related to national security, defense policy, and veterans’ welfare. He has contributed his expertise to various defense forums and supported legal proceedings concerning service and veteran-related issues, reflecting his enduring dedication to the armed forces community and the nation. In the social sector, he serves as a Founder Trustee and Chairman of Humanity Always First Charitable Trust (HAFCT). In this leadership role, he provides strategic direction, governance oversight, and vision to the organization, guiding its initiatives in social welfare, education, skill development, and community empowerment. His lifelong commitment to service continues to inspire both defense and civilian communities alike.
Mrs. Sangeeta Mandhar, Sangeeta Mandhar is a Primary Teacher at Delhi Public School R K Puram, holding a B.Com and B.Ed. She participated in the 2023 Teacher Enrichment Programme, focusing on Primary Mathematics. She is a founder trustee in HAFCT.
Mrs. Sangeeta Mandhar is a dedicated and experienced Primary Teacher at Delhi Public School, where she has been actively contributing to the academic and holistic development of young learners. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), reflecting a strong foundation in both subject knowledge and pedagogical skills. Committed to continuous professional development, she successfully participated in the Teacher Enrichment Programme 2023, with a focused specialization in Primary Mathematics, enhancing her expertise in innovative teaching methodologies and child-centric learning approaches. Beyond her role in formal education, Mrs. Mandhar is deeply involved in social service. She serves as a Founder Trustee and Treasurer of Humanity Always First Charitable Trust (HAFCT), where she plays a key role in financial planning, governance, and the implementation of welfare initiatives aimed at education, health, and community development. Mr. B K Singh, Retired Subedar Birendra Kumar Singh served in the Indian Army since 2016. Post-retirement, he joind MSAG Skill India LLP as documentation and security sector Sbject matter expert. He is a founder trustee in HAFCT.

He retired with the rank of Subedar, bringing with him extensive experience in administration, operations, and security management. Following his retirement from active military service, he joined MSAG Skill India LLP, where he contributes as a Documentation and Security Sector Subject Matter Expert. In this role, he leverages his rich field experience to support skill development initiatives, compliance processes, and training frameworks, particularly within the security sector. In addition to his professional engagements, Mr. Singh is actively involved in social and community development. He serves as a Founder Trustee and Secretary of Humanity Always First Charitable Trust (HAFCT), where he plays a vital role in organizational governance, program coordination, and the execution of social welfare activities. His dedication to nation-building continues through his efforts to empower communities, promote skill development, and uphold values of integrity and service.
Mr. Kumar Sujit is an MBA-qualified professional with over a decade of experience in the fields of Skill Development and E-Governance, having been actively engaged in these domains since 2011. He has worked extensively on the planning, implementation, and management of large-scale skill development initiatives and digital governance programs, contributing to capacity building, employability enhancement, and efficient service delivery. With a strong understanding of government frameworks, public–private partnerships, and community-centric development models, Mr. Sujit has played a key role in aligning training programs with industry needs and national skill development missions. His expertise spans project management, stakeholder coordination, compliance, and the effective use of technology to improve outreach and impact. In addition to his professional career, Mr. Sujit is deeply committed to social service. He serves as a Founder Trustee and Vice President of Humanity Always First Charitable Trust (HAFCT), where he contributes to strategic planning, program development, and organizational growth.
