Brig. R. A. Mandhar (Retd. Following his retirement from active military service, he joined MSAG Skill India LLP, where he contributes as a Documentation and Security Sector Subject Matter Expert. In this role, he leverages his rich field experience to support skill development initiatives, compliance processes, and training frameworks, particularly within the security sector.
In addition to his professional engagements, Mr. Singh is actively involved in social and community development. He serves as a Founder Trustee and Secretary of Humanity Always First Charitable Trust (HAFCT), where he plays a vital role in organizational governance, program coordination, and the execution of social welfare activities. His dedication to nation-building continues through his efforts to empower communities, promote skill development, and uphold values of integrity and service.
Mr. Kumar Sujit is an MBA-qualified professional with over a decade of experience in the fields of Skill Development and E-Governance, having been actively engaged in these domains since 2011. He has worked extensively on the planning, implementation, and management of large-scale skill development initiatives and digital governance programs, contributing to capacity building, employability enhancement, and efficient service delivery.
With a strong understanding of government frameworks, public–private partnerships, and community-centric development models, Mr. Sujit has played a key role in aligning training programs with industry needs and national skill development missions. His expertise spans project management, stakeholder coordination, compliance, and the effective use of technology to improve outreach and impact.
In addition to his professional career, Mr. Sujit is deeply committed to social service.
