Samuhik Vivah (Group / Collective Wedding)

Event Introduction
Samuhik Vivah was held for 4 girls & boys of the EWS at the Hall of Arya Samaj Mandir, Inderpuri, New Delhi. The event was organized with the help of SEWA BHARTI Trust under the overall supervision of Mrs Lovely Vasudeva, Ex Principal & OSD Directorate of Education, Delhi Govt.
7 EWS girls & boys registered for the Samuhik Vivah. However only 04 qualified the criteria & verification process laid down by the selection & organizing committee.
Vivah included all customary functions like Mehendi & Sangeet and all other rituals on the day of the wedding.
Each bride was gifted with the following: –
- Bridal Dress
- 5 pairs of lady’s suits & sarees
- Kitchen utensils – set of 51 items
- Almirah
- Double Bed
- Linen
- Sewing Machine
- Mixer rinder
- Iron
Each groom was gifted with the following: –
- Wedding dress.
- Barat arrangements
- Traditional Ghori (white mare) for the groom to arrive at wedding venue
