Mandhar was appointed as the Officiating Deputy Commandant of the Military College of Materials Management (MCMM), a premier training institution of the Indian Army. Mandhar has continued to contribute actively to national security discourse, defense policy matters, and veterans\u2019 welfare. One of his notable roles was as Deputy Director General of Ordnance Services (TF & BC), where he was entrusted with overseeing critical technical functions, policy matters, and business coordination of strategic importance. In 2016, Brig. Mandhar was appointed as the Officiating Deputy Commandant of the Military College of Materials Management (MCMM), a premier training institution of the Indian Army. In this role, he played an important part in mentoring officers, strengthening professional military education, and nurturing leadership capabilities. After retirement, Brig. Mandhar has continued to contribute actively to national security discourse, defense policy matters, and veterans\u2019 welfare.
